Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 9, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of preparedacceptance.com (the “Site”) and any courses, classes, or products purchased through it. By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Scope note: these Terms cover the website, course/class purchases, and general site use. They do not cover the clinical therapy relationship — that’s governed by the separate intake paperwork and consent forms you complete directly with Jordan Dye, LCSW, not by this page.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, access it through automated means without permission, or use any content from the Site (text, images, course materials) without our consent.

Course & Class Purchases

  • Prices for courses, classes, and events are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice for future purchases.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
  • Before you access the accompanying course content such as student manuals, a full refund can be offered. Once You access the course content you can reschedule your in-person course if needed.
  • Access to online course content (through our LearnPress-powered platform) is granted upon successful payment and is for your personal use only — course materials may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

Physical Activity & Assumption of Risk

Completing outdoor activities come with inherent risks. A full and formal consent form will be sent to you prior to the in person course.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and course materials — is the property of Prepared Acceptance unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prepared Acceptance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. (This general disclaimer is separate from — and does not replace — the physical-activity assumption-of-risk language above, which needs its own dedicated, attorney-reviewed clause.)

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
